Very Impressed 1/2/2016

I woke up to discover that my toilet had cracked and flooded my entire house while I was sleeping. It was a mess, and I was freaked out about where to start getting things cleaned up. I called United Fire & Water, part of Cajun Maintenance, and they were at my house by 7:30 a.m. This is amazing because I discovered the leak around 5:00, researched companies & called them by 6:00 a.m. They were very reassuring and professional, got everything back in order as quickly as possible. Pleased Customer in Slidell 2/21/2014

It was great that I didn't have to deal with my insurance company on their bill. They handled everything directly with my insurance company. I didn't have to give them any money up front. They responded when I called them around 5:00 on a Monday evening, they were at my Slidell home within 2 hours to assess my flooded home. They had their equipment at my home that same night and started removing the water. They were fast, understanding and easy to work with. They checked on my property every couple days to determine what needed to be done. My home was back to normal, with minimal damage with in 10 days. I would recommend them to everyone. I had the owners direct cell phone number and he answered every time I called. more

I called UFW late one evening as the pipe in my attic burst and water was everywhere! Kevin & his team came out the SAME night to start the restoration process and came back the next morning. Kevin and his team were very professional, answered all our questions and did not leave until the job was done. Without a doubt, I would recommend this company to anyone. more

GREAT!!! 2/12/2014

United Fire and Water Damage company came to my rescue. I had a pipe burst in my attic, and we had water all in my kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, and bathroom. I have tried one company, and I was told I would be put on a waiting list. I called a second company which did not call be back until the next day. I called him on super bowl sunday and he answered first time I called. This company was at my house the very next morning with setup in no time. Mr. Kevin was great and very professional. It is very easy to communicate with him as well. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need more

Great Work!! 1/16/2014

We called United Fire & Water for a broken hot water heater in our attic - we were out of town, and we got a call from our neighbor, our entire home was flooded, the ceilings were falling down, the walls were soaked, and the hardwood floors were coming up. Kevin Hussey and his crew responded on a Thursday night, and started the process of getting things cleaned up and dried out. As of Tuesday our home is dry and ready for reconstruction. Communication throughout the entire ordeal was great, and Kevin and his guys did a wonderful job. I would reccommend United Fire & Water to anyone in need of restoration services. more

Great Work 1/7/2014

I have hired United Fire and Water to do a mold remediation. They were quick on the response time and did the job completely. If i had any questions or problems, they were on site the next day and ever worry was resolved. I would recommend them to so any of your needs. They do great clean work. more

United F&W Did Great Job 1/7/2014

United Fire & Water took care of wet carpets in my house from a bathtub overflow. The responded within one hour and Kevin's guys did a great job. Very professional and efficient and at a fair price. Carpets were completely dried out in three days and well worth the money I spent to prevent mildewing/replacing. I would recommend United Fire & Water in Baton Rouge. VL more

Mold Removal 1/7/2014

Several months ago, we had a leak in our roof at our office. The walls, floors, ceiling and bathroom was filled with black mold. United Fire & Water came in and cleaned and removed all of the mold from the office. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to all my friends. more

Need Immediate attention & restoration? 1/6/2014

We have used UF&W multiple times on historic properties to shopping centers, from broken pipes, to backed up sewage, to complete loss from fire. They have always been immediately responsive with detailed follow through, handle insurance if needed, everything all the way to complete restoration. I would recommend them to anyone.
