It was great that I didn't have to deal with my insurance company on their bill. They handled everything directly with my insurance company. I didn't have to give them any money up front. They responded when I called them around 5:00 on a Monday evening, they were at my Slidell home within 2 hours to assess my flooded home. They had their equipment at my home that same night and started removing the water. They were fast, understanding and easy to work with. They checked on my property every couple days to determine what needed to be done. My home was back to normal, with minimal damage with in 10 days. I would recommend them to everyone. I had the owners direct cell phone number and he answered every time I called.
