The WORST, saddest thrift store in SB. \r
\r
They routinely call your home, even after you ask them to stop - which is ILLEGAL - and tell you ""a truck will be in your neighborhood today"". We both know this isn't even true, so right there they are starting with an un-truth. \r
This morning at 8:20AM I receive a call from a representative of the store who started the same old spiel. I quietly said, ""It's 8:20 in the morning...."" to which she screamed, ""no it's not!! it's almost 9!"" (duh!) and SLAMMED the phone down in my ear. What a great way to promote your business, United Family, hiring hot-headed psychos to promote it. With social media being what it is, you will not be in business long with this kind of treatment of your SB neighbors. I placed a call to the mgr today and left a message asking for a call back, so I can tell her/him about this extremely negative experience. \r

This store already stinks - in both meanings of the word - odor and quality of the 'merchandise' and this kind of behavior from staff (or volunteers) is not helping you any. \r

P.S. I donate exclusively to the wonderful Assistance League on Veronica Springs Rd. You and your employees could learn a lot about class and good taste from those people, and their lovely, clean organized store.
