Scam artists, A simple repair on a ipod that i found on ebay for 30.99 they wanted to charge me $258 for a replacement. WTF i could buy a certified refurbished one from apple for $229. Will never even consider this place for any kind of repairs! more

Outstanding! And we don't use that word lightly! After my daughter accidentally damaged our DSLR, we went on the UC website and got and exact quote. We paid the fee, sent off the camera and waited. The estimated time was 14+ days, and we had the camera back in our hands in less than 10 days! And with a personal comment from the person who did the repair. We would undoubtedly go to them in the future for any camera repairs. Thank you, UC! more

Great 2/5/2010

I was dreading the repair of my camera. I did not have a choice on what company to use because of my warranty. I called the number provided by the warranty company and followed the directions. Add to this a very large dash of despeeration. I broke my very high tech camera before leaving on a family vacation to Disney. I package up my camera and ran it to FedEx on 12/14. I emailed United Camera to see what they could do. Imagine my surpirse when my camera arrived on 12/15. I will tell everyone I know that might need such services they would be foolish to go elsewhere. Pros: Can Repair High Tech Cameras more

I was so impressed with the service United Camera gives. I was totally prepared for someone to call me and tell me our quote was too low. Just the opposite. They called me immediately and told me it could be repaired for the quoted amount. I sure would recommend them. more

Never again 10/22/2009

I broke my lens and sent the camera in for a repair and they fixed it and said my non Kodak battery was the reason. My non Kodak Battery is better than the Kodak battery that came with the camera and it still works fine to this day.
