It's rare to receive the genuine customer service that you and your organization have provided us. You do exactly what you say you are going to do and more and when you say you are going to do it or sooner. Our greatest fear was being hit with additional costs. You fixed it for exactly what you quoted up front. Most of all, we appreciate you keeping us informed throughout the process. Most companies keep you in the dark and rarely respond to inquires. We feel confident referring you to our friends.
