Excellent service 11/26/2015

Wes was professional, pleasant and honest. He checked our AC system thoroughly and told us it was operating perfectly (this after our regular AC technician told us we needed a new compressor for our 6 year old system). Wes and ARS are our new AC technician! more

Toilet Repair 11/9/2015

Paul S arrive within 2 hours of scheduling, gave three repair options, had all necessary parts, and fixed leaking toilet within a few hours. He was friendly and skilled, could not have done a better job! more

Wes Lalanne 10/30/2015

Wes cleaned our air conditioning unit. He was very efficient in doing the work.Wes made sure to explain what he was doing. He left the work area extremely clean. He pointed out what items needed to be replaced and explained why.He is an excellent employee for ARS/Rescue Rooter of FT Myers. I would recommend him to anyone that needs this kind of work done. It's important to note that not only does Wes have great work ethics, he is extremely personable and interesting to talk with. more

Paul Slater 9/15/2015

Paul responded to a kitchen faucet problem. It was shown that the faucet system needed replacement. We had the parts and Paul ,in a very professional manner replaced the system. He made sure that everything was lined up correctly and operated well after installation.He pointed out what he was doing and why we needed a new system. This is the second time Paul has assisted us with a problem. In both cases he was professional, friendly and pointed out in a clear manner what he was doing. In my opinion, Paul is an excellent employee and an an excellent asset to ARS/Rescue Rooter of FT. Myers. Sincerely, Michael Onore more

Water Heater Installation 8/3/2015

Mr Paul Slater of ARS/ Rescue Rooter Ft. Myers and Jim Kovacs of Quantum Electrical Inc Ft. Myers Paul came promptly, had an invoice and installation plan to replace our household hot water heater within an hour of arrival. The work was completed promptly, with full warranties, the next day. He also helped fixing other minor plumbing issues in the house whilst he was here. His work was finalised by Mr Jim Kovacs and the system was up and running that same day. They were both polite, friendly and prompt doing an excellent job, offering good value for money. The whole job was done for less than the cost of the broken down former heating system's main unit. Both they and their companies come highly recommended. more

Mario responded to a call to my house this week. He diagnosed the problem to be a burned out blower motor after eliminating other possibilities. He was efficient, thorough, courteous and respectful while at our home. He installed the new motor and also conducted a maintenance call on the AC equipment. He left the area clean and in good order. I would request Mario for my next appointment. more

Service Contract Professional 3/17/2015

Paul Slater, our Service Contract Plumbing Specialist was efficient and helpful. He repaired a leak in our Air Conditioning drain line, drained and flushed our water heater, checked all lavatory sinks and toilets, and provided advice as to our kitchen faucet which had been installed incorrectly by the builder. We were very pleased with his services. more
