Plumbing Service Technician - Paul Slater 5/6/2017

Gas Hot Water tank replacement: Noticed my hot water tank was leaking late afternoon. Paul arrived at 8:00 pm to examine the job site and take measurements. He returned at 8:00 am the next morning and completed the installation by 11:30. Professional, well organized and extremely neat. He will certainly be the technician I request for all my plumbing needs. more

Air Condtion Service Call - Wes L Unique Services-Fort Myers 12/4/2016

Previously had maintenance service performed last week - appeared to have trouble after original tech left as the air conditioner was just not cooling correctly and appeared to be not working.. Wes showed up and evaluated the condition/equipment and quickly determined that the previous tech had forgot to power on the outside equipment prior to leaving. Simple mistake (I guess) but we were without our AC since 11/28/16 and finally issue was resolved on 12/4/16. anyway, Wes was professional, courteous and bottom line corrected the problem in a timely manner. Thank you Wes - delayed but happy customer. more

Mario came to my house to replace the coil on my A/C system. Mario was thorough and explained the installation process to me. Mario is an exceptional technician. He was very neat and there was no evidence that he had done work here, other than my A/C works. He is a pleasure to have working in my house. Unique/ARS is very fortunate to have Mario on their staff. more

heating and air--emergency service 8/12/2016

Wes came to our house on a Sunday afternoon after we came home from being away to find out we had no air conditioning. The temperature outside was 95 degrees and inside nearing 85. Wes was friendly, remember this was Sunday on his day off, and courteous. He fixed our unit in 45 min and was on his way. Great Job! more

AC service 5/12/2016

Wes does a great job on my AC every time he comes out to service it. I always feel like he's doing everything he can to make sure my AC works well for as long as possible. He answers all of my questions and works diligently to find a solution to any problems I may be having with my system. I will definitely ask for him again. more

Once again Mario has diagnosed an issue with my new Carrier A/C condenser. It's been very loud and Mario found that the blades were not properly aligned. Mari is terrific, I once again will highly recommend him, he is thorough and a terrific technician. more

Servicing our air conditioner unit 4/9/2016

Mario Diaz is always the technician we request. He is so personable and so good at his job. He knew right away that we had a problem with our unit and ended up replacing the compressor. He was kind enough to make a call to see if our compressor was under warranty. He always does a top-notch job, and is so pleasant and kind. more
