Review content:
Paul responded to a kitchen faucet problem. It was shown that the faucet system needed replacement. We had the parts and Paul ,in a very professional manner replaced the system. He made sure that everything was lined up correctly and operated well after installation.He pointed out what he was doing and why we needed a new system. This is the second time Paul has assisted us with a problem. In both cases he was professional, friendly and pointed out in a clear manner what he was doing. In my opinion, Paul is an excellent employee and an an excellent asset to ARS/Rescue Rooter of FT. Myers. Sincerely, Michael Onore
