Previously had maintenance service performed last week - appeared to have trouble after original tech left as the air conditioner was just not cooling correctly and appeared to be not working.. Wes showed up and evaluated the condition/equipment and quickly determined that the previous tech had forgot to power on the outside equipment prior to leaving. Simple mistake (I guess) but we were without our AC since 11/28/16 and finally issue was resolved on 12/4/16. anyway, Wes was professional, courteous and bottom line corrected the problem in a timely manner. Thank you Wes - delayed but happy customer.
