NEVER USE THEM -- Does this guy even have a Green Card to work here in the USA? Nalin Shah the moment you walk into this packing and mailing store he's abrasive and rude to the core. He treats his wife poorly who is there like a mouse, and then he pushes her aside to take over when she can't answer a simple question. He doesn't grasp the English language and makes statements to customers asking if they will do criminal activities. You gotta wonder where people come from, thinking they can do business without any customer service. Just a couple of morally unacceptable people with a store front. NEVER USE THEM more

Worst Business in Denver Area 11/17/2010

Yuk. The place is dirty and inventory looks like it has been there for years. No wonder, prices are 2X those of Office Depot. The man running the place is horribly rude and doesn't seem to care if he runs off his very few customers. He is hateful, rude, nasty, and completely unaccustomed to the concept of customer service. Do yourself a favor and drive anywhere but skip Unique Packaging and Shipping. more
