NEVER USE THEM -- Does this guy even have a Green Card to work here in the USA? Nalin Shah the moment you walk into this packing and mailing store he's abrasive and rude to the core. He treats his wife poorly who is there like a mouse, and then he pushes her aside to take over when she can't answer a simple question. He doesn't grasp the English language and makes statements to customers asking if they will do criminal activities. You gotta wonder where people come from, thinking they can do business without any customer service. Just a couple of morally unacceptable people with a store front. NEVER USE THEM
