Emergency visit 6/7/2022

On May 24,2022 I had regular spring check up with no issues found. Yesterday morning, June 6, 2022 I was feeling quite warm and felt that the air was not running. I tried turning down temp yet air would not turn on. I immediately called Ultra Air to which they said a tech would be coming between 12-2 pm. I thought not too bad considering it was just a couple hours away. I had a call from Ultras office at 1:30 saying that the tech was finishing up at his current job and he would be over to my home. His eta was 20 minutes, once he left the job he was at. He didn’t arrive until 3:00pm, at which my house was 90 degrees inside. It was very minor fix, the door on furnace was ajar and came open. It was a quick fix. I had not been in the cabinet that holds the furnace, so don’t know what happened. more

Summer Air Check 5/25/2022

Anthony called ahead and arrived on time to conduct my summer air check. He explained everything he was going to do today and suggested a new service contract, which I had to turn down today. My system is still quite new so I’m not real worried about it yet. Possibly in the fall I’ll get it. Anthony seemed to do a thorough exam of my system and all appears to be good. He was very professional and knowledgeable. more

Great Service!!! 12/18/2017

I called Ultra Air Conditioning on a mid-Saturday afternoon after leaving messages at several bigger HVAC companies regarding a needed emergency repair. Anthony called me back quickly, and had my problem fixed at a much lower price than any of the other places before I even got a call back from them. He also showed me how to maintain my system so I can hopefully avoid future calls. I highly recommend Anthony and the folks at Ultra Air Conditioning. more

Ultra Air Conditioning, great service 9/30/2017

I came home to a broken ac on a Saturday. Thanks to the outstanding, professional staff,my ac was repaired hours later. I will call them again and definitely recommend their service more

Ultra came to my rescue. 3/20/2017

Just had my ac repaired. Thank goodness it was not a large repair. (Costly) Anthony was very awesome. Showed me what was wrong with my system and explained the options I can take.Thanks Ultra! more

Anthony was assigned to do an appliance efficiency check for the electric company. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing and then he did it. I was very pleased with his service. I am a new Ultra customer and have had only positive encounters with the staff - Rey was terrific and helped me replace my furnace in record time. His helper (forget the man's name) was very kind.And every time I have had a question and called the office I have been treated promptly and respectfully. I feel like you all are part of my family and I am very glad you are there for me. more
