Anthony was assigned to do an appliance efficiency check for the electric company. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing and then he did it. I was very pleased with his service. I am a new Ultra customer and have had only positive encounters with the staff - Rey was terrific and helped me replace my furnace in record time. His helper (forget the man's name) was very kind.And every time I have had a question and called the office I have been treated promptly and respectfully. I feel like you all are part of my family and I am very glad you are there for me.
