Review content:
On May 24,2022 I had regular spring check up with no issues found. Yesterday morning, June 6, 2022
I was feeling quite warm and felt that the air was not running. I tried turning down temp yet air would not turn on. I immediately called Ultra Air to which they said a tech would be coming between 12-2 pm. I thought not too bad considering it was just a couple hours away. I had a call from Ultras office at 1:30 saying that the tech was finishing up at his current job and he would be over to my home. His eta was 20 minutes, once he left the job he was at. He didn’t arrive until 3:00pm, at which my house was 90 degrees inside. It was very minor fix, the door on furnace was ajar and came open. It was a quick fix. I had not been in the cabinet that holds the furnace, so don’t know what happened.
