Love the new staff 12/3/2010

Since the move to iron point road, I love the staff at the salon. They are all so nice. The old manager was rude but the new one is nice and accommodating. I also love that they carry Benifit now!!! more

Danielle has been cutting and coloring my hair for a couple years, and she always does an outstanding job! She's a pro at a-lines! Pros: great cuts and color all the time Cons: Wish I could take her home! more

I'm not sure what happens there! I would never recomend anyone to go here everyone seems they have never done hair befor. After askind several times where my girl went I was at the check stand and some one told me she had moved to head west salon and spa in old folsom I strongly recomend u to see her. She is amazing I drive from tahio just to see her her salon is in old folsom more

how are they still open 2/12/2009

i cannot believe that this salon is still open. when i was in the middle of my hair cut, the manager, betty (i made sure to get her name) said that my hair was greasy because i was overwight. i could not believe my ears. i am still very hurt, and it is very confusing since she is very overwiegth, and her hair is extremely dry and almost looked like a full on wig from a costume store. not recommended Pros: clean salon Cons: very disrespectful management more

Im pritty sure her name i betty all i can say i what a btch! The other day i was there asking an employee questions about my hair, when randomly she said my problem was because i was expecting i told her i wasntand instead of her saying sorry she gave me a dirty loook and said oh well i thought u where and walked away. I left in tears i will never return Pros: relized i needed 2 work out Cons: cryed for weeks more

ULTA - Always a LONG wait to get outta there 6/26/2008

Always a HORRIBLE line to get out of there. I have never seen a place so consistently slow - and they are always trying to sign you up for their damn cards, newsletters and god damn magazines. I don't know who owns that place but the whole place just seems to want your money and screw cust service. My products are ALWAYS out too. MOP, always out of either the shampoo or conditioner. Hate that place. Will order online or from the beauty store down the street.... Pros: Location Cons: Sucky service, consistent long waits to check out, inventory always low more

Ask for Erica and Laura 12/11/2007

Looking for a hair cut or color -- Ask for Erica or Laura. Both are great - I would recommend Erica for any great hair cut and Laura for color that is exceptional. Though the prices at Ulta are higher than most, I would recommend them if you don't mind spending that extra dollar for a hair cut or color that is done just right. more
