Always a HORRIBLE line to get out of there. I have never seen a place so consistently slow - and they are always trying to sign you up for their damn cards, newsletters and god damn magazines. I don't know who owns that place but the whole place just seems to want your money and screw cust service. My products are ALWAYS out too. MOP, always out of either the shampoo or conditioner. Hate that place. Will order online or from the beauty store down the street....
