Came in for a trim. Even brought photos of the style i previously had/wanted. Not only did she ignore the photos and layer my hair her own way - she chopped off over 4 inches. $51 + tip to ruin my hair. I'm furious i took a chance on this place. Never again. more

i went to the salon about two weeks ago to get a very dramatic a line hair cut - i showed the girl a picture of exactly what i wanted and made it clear i wanted it to be long in the front. she gave me a short, choppy bob cut!! and to top it off it was lop sided! I was furious - it looked horrible so i got my money back after the manger tried defended the terrible job she did - i will NEVER go to the ulta salon EVER again. i was shocked that they had a girl on staff who was that horrible at cutting hair. more

Amazing! 9/1/2009

I love this Ulta. The staff is very friendly and the managers are doing a great job running the place. I have to disagree with the person below me however, I had an issue with a coupon I had and Tomi was very professional and helped resolve the problem. I enjoy coming to this Ulta and paying the extra money because of the cleanliness of the store, opposed to the others, as well as the friendliness of the staff. I have been a long time customer and will continue to be for a long time. Pros: Clean, Friendly Staff more

i only go to this ulta because it is close to home, but i've recently started going to the other one near deer park. it is so much better. the girls are much more friendly and and helpful. the staff at the arlington heights ulta is just horrible. last time i was there i was helped by a girl name tomi. rude as can be, and a complete ditz. when you think of dumb blondes, you think of her. im tired of spending my hard earned money there and i have to deal with girls like her. no thank you. i'll stick to kildeer Pros: close to home Cons: everything more
