i only go to this ulta because it is close to home, but i've recently started going to the other one near deer park. it is so much better. the girls are much more friendly and and helpful. the staff at the arlington heights ulta is just horrible. last time i was there i was helped by a girl name tomi. rude as can be, and a complete ditz. when you think of dumb blondes, you think of her. im tired of spending my hard earned money there and i have to deal with girls like her. no thank you. i'll stick to kildeer
