i went to the salon about two weeks ago to get a very dramatic a line hair cut - i showed the girl a picture of exactly what i wanted and made it clear i wanted it to be long in the front. she gave me a short, choppy bob cut!! and to top it off it was lop sided! I was furious - it looked horrible so i got my money back after the manger tried defended the terrible job she did - i will NEVER go to the ulta salon EVER again. i was shocked that they had a girl on staff who was that horrible at cutting hair.
