I would like to thank US AIR for the excellent installation of our new A/C unit, especially Big Mike Glines and Matt. These two gentleman kept me fully informed of their progress and any issues that were encountered. I was having issues with my A/C system and called US A/C & Heating. My technician Brian M. was courteous, on time, and well groomed. He explained the problems with my A/C and fixed it in little time. I highly recommend these guys! more

I can say without hesitation that US Air Conditioning & Heating are without question a top notch company. Through no fault of their own, a valve in my a/c unit was defective. I placed a call and a technician was here within an hour to resolve the issue. Since they cannot stock every part on their truck, the unit stopped functioning before it could be replaced. The best part of my experience is to follow. When I called 3 days later on July 5, 2014 the technician, Mike Glines arrived within 30 minutes. He quickly accessed the situation and took action. He replaced the filters, determined the issues that were causing the part to malfunction and identified another part that was in need of replacement. Less than an hour later my issue was resolve. Mike also promised to arrange to have the part replaced within a week to avoid further issues down the road. On July 7, 2014 I received a call informing me that Mike would be arriving around noon to replace the parts. This was less then 48 hours since his original visit. He arrived promptly and within 90 minutes the parts had been replaced and the unit has never functioned better. To say that Mike is the ultimate professional would be an understatement. His troubleshooting skills are second to none. His demeanor could only put you in a great mood regardless of how you felt before he arrived. He was courteous, efficient and not only that, he made my day. He is a great guy. In the future should I have an issue with my unit, I will be requesting that Mike Glines be the one to come to service it. In fact, if that means I have to wait an extra day or three, so be it. I could go on for hours about how great the service was but I think you get my point. Not to take away from anyone else at the company, but in my mind, and I have dealt with other customer service ""professionals"" in my 46 years, that without a doubt in my mind, Mike stands at the top of the list and that is in a good way. If you have air conditioning needs I would highly recommend US Air Conditioning & Heating....they certainly have a customer for life in my. As well, if I owned that company I would put Mike in charge of all training and give him a big raise. He is certainly an asset to your company and one that you would never want to lose. Chris G and Brian M came to my house to ""tune up"" my aging A/C system. They were clean and well mannered. They did a nice job cleaning my air handler and I can actually tell the system is working better. Well worth the money. US Air is a solid company in my book. I would highly recommend them. more

Had US air conditioning for many years. Brian and Chris were out today and did an excellent job for me and my family. I would suggest if you need someone, call them. Brian was the trainer and he was very informative and professional. Chris is in training and was very nice. more

I came home from work and my house was hot and i have 3 cats......i then called U.S. Air conditioning and a very nice man named Stan who was so wonderful! He explained alot to me about my unit and unclogged the drain line and put a filter in where no one has ever had a filter before! i would always use this company and always ask for Stan!!!!!! more

I recently had us air conditioning out to my home for maintenance on my ac system. My power bills were getting higher than usual and the unit was running a lot more than normal. They called me running a special on maintenance tune up and given the circumstances of what I had noticed with my unit I agreed and scheduled them to come out. I am glad they called me because as busy as I have been I probably would not have got around to dealing with it. There call was very covenant. Anyway they arrived when they said they would and went threw the entier system. They found the inside unit very dirty and moldy. I could not believe it if I had not seen it with my own eyes! Gross! After seeing that I new why we had such bad allergies at home. My first reaction was lets just get a new one put in! The technician Richey said that is one way of doing it but the unit is only 5 years old and if it just gets changed out it can easly happen to the new unit. He suggested putting a media filtering system on for the dust,dirt and dog hair and a uv system to keep the mold from growing in the unit. I did some research on the products and decided that was the way o go. It just made sense it was less than half the money to clean the unit out, put the uv and air cleaning system on my unit. Now in another 5 years or so when I do have to replace the system I will have these things for my next unit. They will simply reinstall them on the new unit. It's been a few months since I have had this all done and I could not be happier! The unit works better than I ever remember it working and everyone in the house has had zero allergy problems at home. All the way around I have been so pleased with everything that Richey and us air has done for my family and I. I have recommended your company already several times and will continue to do so. Thank you Richey for being honest with me and helping me really solve my problems. Without your advice I would have just put a new one in and had the same thing happen all over again. I had a great experience with US Air Conditioning. The installation of my new system is working VERY GOOD. Myself and two other neighbors are very happy that we went with them. Pros: dependable service Cons: can't think of any more
