Great Location. Friendly Staff. Biggest problem is that packages frequently go missing and suddenly reappear. We don't really know if some items are lost forever. We do know that many times it is because items are given to the wrong box. We have signatures from employees at the store when we track items with the major carriers but the UPS store states they have no record of receiving the package. more

Beware of this store 10/28/2008

I brought a package here for return and it was lost in the store. The manager claimed that only a tracking number was filled out and a shipment was never sent. He was very rude and unprofessional. Fortunately the retailer refunded me my money despite it being the UPS store's error. Don't trust anyone in this store! Pros: convenient location for lincoln park Cons: poor service, lost my package and then denied it more
