What kind of company sells art supplies, medical items, and printer ink and toner? What kind of company has to keep changing their name - United Business Supply, United Art Supply, United Business Source and now Kleritec? They are all the same ruthless scammers! They prey on new employees, lying about what their predecessor did/did not order, or employees with no authority to order anything. They lie low for 6 months or longer till you forget what dealings you last had with them, then "quote you " what some invoice supposedly said, and you ALWAYS owe them hundreds and hundreds of dollars that are a surprise to you and continue to send boxes of stuff you NEVER ordered, and can't send back! Keep every piece of paper you ever get from them and don't order anything over the phone - that's how you have no proof. Even when you demand to be removed from their lists you will get a call months or a year later starting up the same old thing AGAIN , trying to say you still owe them money! more

Scam 8/13/2010

I think this is a messed up company. they sent me a box full of stuff i didn't order, i called them to tell them it wasn't mine... they said sorry about that.. go ahead and return it. so i did i pay 50 BUCK to send it back, a week later i had the same package and i was told i HAD to pay it. I NEVER ORDERED IT! i called, nothing, i emailed, nothing! now i am receiving bills and bills from them, i have to pay them or ill go into collecting, stupid huh? i didn't order anything but still have to pay... more

I purchased the buy two toner cartridges and get the third one free, well lets first start off with their cartridges are useless, very-very-very poor quality. It also appears to me at this point that this bargin there offering is a scam. Here's how it works, you receive your order and then you send payment with your free cartidge request form, you don't hear a thing, then you call and some smooth taking JA says they were waiting for back order to come however you did not have a back order. Finally your free cartridge comes but with 2 more cartridges you did not order. When you try to get a hold of someone to make a return, no one calls you back Cons: EVERYTHING more
