Here's how it works, you receive your order and then you send payment with your free cartidge request form, you don't hear a thing, then you call and some smooth taking JA says they were waiting for back order to come however you did not have a back order. Finally your free cartridge comes but with 2 more cartridges you did not order. When you try to get a hold of someone to make a return, no one calls you back
