When we go to get our hair cuts we see Jean and she does an amazing job. She has the speed and patients to cut a one, three and thirty year old all with in an hour time frame. She hust does an amazing job for my family. more

Hair cut and color 10/11/2011

Sara W. has been working with me for about a year. She listens really well to what I want. My hair cut is done very well everytime, and she has found just the right combination of colors for my hair. The Aveda products are perfect for my sensitive skin. Service at this salon is outstanding! more

I love the Ultimate salon and spa! My stylist Sara really listens to what I have to say and gives me a great cut or color every time I come in. The scalp/shoulder massage with oil before the wash and the scalp massage during the wash is amazing. I have had nothing short of a fantastic experience every time I step in the door! more

I have been going to the Ultimate Salon and Spa since they have been in their new location and I was a bit nervous about the price after all the pampering which is done with even an eyebrow wax! I had my hair cut nd brows shaped/waxed and it was fantastic! The amount of knowledge these ladies know is great and they are more than happy to give you tips and tricks. The prices really are not that much more than other salons and you are treated like a valued customer each and every time you drop in. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a try--you won't stop going! more

Not what I expected 10/2/2011

I was going from brown to blonde and my stylist and I had found a picture that we both agreed on and we agreed on a plan to get there. At the end of my appointment I wasn't satisfied with my color but she made it sound lie that was as light as it was going to get. When I got home I was looking at my highlights and they were bleeding out at the roots. The highlights were actually platinum at the roots and then orange the rest of the way down... I have never cried about my hair before, but this did it. more

Long time hairpiece client and fan of the Ultimate Salon. 9/16/2011

I have been a client for as many years as Connie has owned the salon. I am always treated not only as a valued client but as a friend. Connie and her staff are accomodating and friendly and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I am a hairpiece customer and Connie does a superior job of suggesting what works best for me while respecting my opinions. Her services in this dept. make me feel so much better about myself. If I am having a not so good day I leave feeling better and if I'm having a really good day I leave feeling even better. All the staff are upbeat and it just carries through all the way during my visits. I thank you all for your contributions to society. I hope you all realize how much better you make our lives. more
