I was going from brown to blonde and my stylist and I had found a picture that we both agreed on and we agreed on a plan to get there. At the end of my appointment I wasn't satisfied with my color but she made it sound lie that was as light as it was going to get. When I got home I was looking at my highlights and they were bleeding out at the roots. The highlights were actually platinum at the roots and then orange the rest of the way down... I have never cried about my hair before, but this did it.
