and you wouldn't do anything to fix the situation or try to make up for it, because more than a week had passed. If you hire such horrible "stylists" you should post a big warning sign stating there is only one week to get your bad haircut fixed or you are just out of luck. Customer Service 101 classes maybe? more

Ashley does a great job. I have coarse curly hair. She obviously understands how to cut and style my hair type. She also does a great job of coloring. My foils never slip and always look great! more

Retail Therapy 12/7/2011

Hi! I was in to purchase product for myself, and a gift. It ended up being a busy time for Miranda at the front desk and retail area, but she handled it beautifully! She did a great job handling multiple customers at a time, and making sure everyone had been greeted and was being taken care of! Keep your Rock Star as long as possible :) more

Hair Color and Cut 12/4/2011

Went in for my hair color and cut. As usual my stylist provided excellent dervice and suggestions. I am always so relaxed - I could fall asleep. Love going there!!! more

Overcharged 12/4/2011

I was told the price was $25 for my haircut - $27.03 was deducted from my debit card plus I was told it was $2.48 more. So, I was overcharged $4.51. Not sure I'll be visiting any more. Hmmm... more

I had a color touch up and cut (about 2 inches off). I've been to Amy twice, and she did an excellent job both times. Plus, she offered a wonderful hand massage/exfoliation which was devine. more

While scheduling the appointment, I was on hold for quite a while. The lady I spoke to sounded monotone even though the words were kind. When arriving, the front desk lady annoyingly repeated herself about 5 times. However, the beautician was wonderful and did a great job. I'm happy with the service from her. more

I've been a client of Amy's at the Ultimate for over 7 years and have loved all my experiences at the Ultimate. Amy is thorough, wants to make sure I'm happy not just some of the time but every time, and is always willing and eager to answer my questions that I may have. My haircut, color, and waxing experiences are always done professionally, to my desires, so I leave a satisfied customer. I'd recommend Amy and The Ultimate Salon & Spa to anyone. more

I have had many different ladies cut my hair and all of them have done an amazing job. I don't think anyone can go wrong with any of the ladies that work there. The service you receive from The Ultimate is above anything else I have ever received!! The prices are reasonable and the service is phenomenal! more

Teen Facial 11/18/2011

My sons was thrilled with the results of his teen facial. He said he has smooth spots on his nose and he is smiling again (I haven't seen his smile for a while). You not only did a fantastic job with the service but your personal touch made him feel comfortable with the process. He is looking forward to another treatment next month. more

Bikini Waxing 11/14/2011

Throw your waxing horror stories out the window!! Going into my appointment, I was terrified. As soon as I met Chelsie she reassured me that I had nothing to worry about and that there would be minimal pain. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible at all times. She was very professional! Definately going back! more
