Finally i have found a compay that really understands customer care. The person answering the phone was very helpful and understanding as i explained my emergency. I was called back by another person to keep me informed regarding my schedule as I was running several errands in town that day. and the best part was how great the service person was. He had our A/C system up and running in no time and our home was cool and comfy that afternoon. The whole expereince was a real pleasure even though my issue was not an easy one to deal with. your company is first class and I will recommend you to all my friends and neighbors.
