Two Maids & A Mop

We were very satisfied with the service provided and I loved requesting and promptly receiving a quote by email. We asked for a deep cleaning and honestly they did more than we expected. We had a small fire inside the oven and had poured salt on it to exstinquish the fire. Of course, the oven was a mess. I didn't ask them to clean the oven but was pleasantly surprised when I came home to a clean oven. They deserve 5 stars just for tackling that mess. I plan to use them again in the future and I am glad to recommend two maids and a mop to anyone. more

Two Maids has been a great cleaning company for us over the last year. We have had excellent one time deep cleanings & very good regularly scheduled cleanings. One impressive part of the company is how easy they are to work with - the business office is on top of their email & phone calls. if you have any issues, they are quick to respond and make right. The greatest benefit for us is how awesome the ladies work with our boxer. He can absolutely be a handful and is scared of many people who come into our home, but he gets along with all of them {many different cleaners from the company} splendidly. From a dog owner, this is huge. I would recommend them to you! more

This is the best service for my mom! She is 88 years old & after surgery she really has needed help. I work full time & stay with her 4 days a week. She is a sweet lady, my best friend, but I really needed help to do the cleaning. I have a home of my own & work too. My daughter gave us this wonderful help & it is the best gift we ever received! The girls are sweet & hard working. They make mom feel real special & she loves it. It has made our life so much better & we can enjoy each other's company more with less work all the time. The first maids sent did a less than satisfactory job. After a quick call to the agency, 2 new maids were dispatched within the hour. They did an outstanding job correcting the problems left by the first group, were quintessential professionals in the process and are now my regular maids. I couldn't be more pleased with the agency and heartily recommend the service. more

This is the third housecleaning service I've tried and they are wonderful. I'm in the process of setting up a biweekly cleaning schedule. When I come home, the house looks and smells great. They have done everything they said they would. I'm very happy with this company and would recommend them to anybody who's busy but still likes to come home to a clean house. more

It is so awesome to come home to a fresh smelling and sparkling house. I have had very few concerns in all of the cleanings we've had from Two Maids and A Mop, and I have fired a fair share of cleaning folks who have worked with us. I think their attention to details and care of our belongings is worthy of noting. I have had prior experiences where multiple pieces have been broken and bleach has been spilled on important articles, which was quite crushing. Give Two Maids and A Mop a try. I really don't know what I would do without these ladies! Knowing I was going to have surgery on my foot, and would not be able to keep up with the housework, I called Two Maids and a Mop. They have really been my answer! They came in, didn't waste any time, and CLEANED! My house looks and smells so clean-so much better than I could ever do! They don't even mind the dog hair tumbleweeds! I recommend these folks to everyone! more

I'd heard about Two Maids & A Mop for a awhile, but hadn't gotten around to calling them because I figured, ""Why pay someone else to do something I could do?"". But when they ran a special promotion I decided to give them a shot. more

I was at my wits end. Between graduate school, three kids, a husband, and a part-time job, I was not getting the bathrooms clean!! I am so thrilled that Two Maids and a Mop is helping me get it all done! Totally worth every penny!! more

I hired Two Maids & a Mop for a deep clean before a party at my house. My husband's mancave/basement was in desperate need of a cobweb decluttering and vacuuming as he shares the space with our two very large dogs and long-haired cat. The rest of the house needed help as well. Sarah and Corey were running behind in the morning, but called to let me know. They were incredibly personable. I left them right after they got underway and on my way out poked my head in to let them know. I was shocked to see Corey actually pulling each video out of the media cabinet and wiping it down. That's thorough. Generally the entire deep clean was to take 4-5 hours. When I came back 3 hours later, they had just finished the basement. They moved furniture to get to cobwebs and were attacked by baby spiders when they hit spider egg sacks under the desk. They vacuumed them up as they ran. Need I say more? I will. My baseboards were gleaming white, which is impressive because the use of dog toys bouncing against the baseboards had turned them brown. That basement hasn't been that clean since we moved in and I was employing a maid every other week for the past 5 years. Sarah and Corey then proceeded to do a beautiful job on the rest of my house as well. They ended up working straight and hard from 9:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. I would have given them 5 stars, but no one's perfect, and many people don't read perfect reviews. They did an amazing job. I know they were exhausted by the end of the day, but they stuck to it. We'll have them back for sure and maybe more regularly so no one else has to be attacked by giant tumbleweeds of fur and baby spiders again. I've always been skeptical of ""deep clean"" which many companies require you pay for before beginning a regular service. This one was worth it AND Two Maids does not require it before they set up a regular cleaning. Worth every penny. more
