I walked into Twiggs Salonspa last week and I had the best experience I've ever had! To start off with, I didn't have to wait at all, Kelly had the spa prepped and ready right when I walk in. She offered me a drink and we got started right away. Kelly has a warm and welcoming smile, and it was really easy to have a conversation with her. She gave me the best pedicure and manicure I've ever had! Twiggs has all the newest colors and really comfortable chairs. I've heard through the grape vine that Twiggs has the best pedicures in town. I'm a skeptic and wanted to find out for myself. I've had pedicures all over the country. At the best destination spas and the best hotels as well as places veiwed as hot spots in various cities. None of those pedicures came even close to the Twiggs pedicure I received with Kelly! Her attention to detail was amazing. Not only do my feet look better than they ever have....they feel great too. And she knew the newest colores of the season. I've recently had problems with my skin breaking out. Devastating! Since i've never had skin problems before. I was referred to Twiggs to see Afton who is an esthetician at Twiggs. Afton did an initial consultation and treatment and recommended a plan for follow up care. I'm impressed that she offers me advice each time I'm there. She definately cares about my skin! I've been a client at Twiggs for over ten years. I've always been completely satisfied with all my experiences there. Eight weeks ago I had a chance to experience a stylist I had not seen yet at Twiggs. Nichole went above and beyond anything I had expereinced before. Not only did my hair look amazing ( and I am very picky) but the way she listened and anticipated all my needs was impressive. I just started my freshman year of high school not too long ago. I wanted to step outside the box a little bit with my style. My hair was always styled the same way, straight. I always go to ally to get my hair styled, and I told her i wanted my hair to be curly and not ordinary. She gave me many options, and told me what styles would look good on the shape of my face. She went through everything that she was going to be doing, and when she was all done it looked fabulous and fresh, like it was a new look out of the latest fashion magazines. Ally made sureeverything pulled the look together and the color was great! I was more than thrilled with the outcome, and Twiggs will be seeing me again. Twiggs has great staff and very welcoming when you walk through the doors. I'll be in again next week. :D more

Having gone to other Salons for many years. I thought I would try something new. I felt I wanted a change from what my current stylist was giving me. I was told that Twiggs Salon was a full service place & that I would enjoy my experience. I will say I'm a skeptic, although ""open-minded""... I booked a day at Twiggs for Mani-pedi, Facial, Color & Cut. Twiggs has many talented young people with creative ideas for their clients. I was greeted with a warm & friendly smile welcoming me to Twiggs. The front desk person asked if I wanted a beverage. I was scheduled for a Mani-Pedi first. Kelly gave me the BEST Mani-Pedi I've ever had. Kelly's attention to detail was amazing to me! I've only been to the local ""chop shops"" in the past. This was truly a treat! I now know the difference! I was also given clear information & learned something NEW from Kelly. Which given the fact that I've resently removed acrylic nail (after over 20 years) my nails are in rough shape & in need of much TLC... Kelly provided information that WILL have my nails stronger & longer faster than I ever thought! Wow! YOU can teach an old ""dog"" new tricks! more

I want to share the wonderful experience I had recently at Twiggs Salon Spa in Wayzata, MN. The staff was inviting and giving. My stylist (Nicole) took the time to get to know me genuinely, wanting to fully understand my morning schedule so I could really enjoy and implement daily the style she was considering for me. Seemingly simple, I really appreciated this because my mornings are crazy yet I want to look sharp ? in the past I have been disappointed with this. She gave me fun long term suggestions for my hair ? I can hardly wait to go back! Twiggs SalonSpa is my new favorite place to relax and rejuvenate ? I went to Twiggs for the first time and had a wonderful experience. One of the things that stood out the most was the attention to detail from Nicole (stylist) to her assistant Mara. My shampoo experience was the best I have ever had. Mara was really friendly while giving a great scalp massage and after quick back and neck massage. When it was time to get my hair styled I was completely realxed. I have very curly hair and the main problem that I have when I go to a stylist is they cut it too short when I ask for a little trim. This has made it tough to grow my hair out. I asked to have a slight trim and Nicole was the first stylist to ever deliver. My hair looks healthy but not too short. I also loved having Nicole because she gave suggestions on my future color options and what would look great on me. She had a lot of knowledge of what would look good with my facial features. I am very excited to go back for my next cut and color! Overall very great experience!! more

I was just in the salon today and had Nicole cut my hair, she is so fun to chat with while she is cutting your hair, there is never a boring part to the hair cut, and the price is not a lot, its actually pretty cheap now a days. I love Twiggs and will keep going their for all of my hair needs. I also had the best Manicure and Pedicure by Kelly while i was there, the whole experience was so relaxing. more
