Top notch body work 11/12/2005

You can't go wrong with this body shop. They don't rip you off or not tell you what they charge for the "little" things. I went to them to get a sound checked out on my truck and they looked it over for free and then told me that all i need was a new belt. and they installed it for free, and only charged me for the labor. which was fairly inexpensive, since most shops charge for everything under the sun. PROS: the car was finished early CONS: no counter service person more

Friendly staff that push thier service and products on customers 7/16/2005

This auto clinic offers great deals to get you in the door then tryis to persuade you to puchase things above what you want or need. I felt that this business tried to push things on me becuase I was female. I told them that some of the services they were trying to sell me were just preformed on my vehicle. I had receipts for services that has been done within the previous week but they assured me the items needed to be done again.... after telling them no thank you, I started recieving mail from them telling me it was time for certain services to be done on my vehicle. When I told them that I found somewhere closer to my home to preform my vehicle maintence they assured me I would be removed from thier call list and for several months I recieved mail from them. PROS: great offers to get you in their door CONS: push services that are not wanted or need for your vehicle more
