This auto clinic offers great deals to get you in the door then tryis to persuade you to puchase things above what you want or need. I felt that this business tried to push things...

Never again 6/21/2013

Had my truck towed here from Tacoma... Towing would be free if i had my truck fixed here... Sounds good right... My husband waited in an alley from 3:41 pm till 7:00 pm for them to come and pick the truck up... Tvetens called me at 9:18 am this morning to tell me that The upper and lower ball joints, the strut, the break line, and axle needed to be replaced... The price wait for it.... $2,800... Yup that's right... $2,800... Well we don't have that kind of money laying around... I called my husband and he almost fell over... I contacted a shop near our house they called me back and with all the same parts and 4 hours labor... $941... So I called Tvetens back told them we were having the truck towed to another shop how much for the towing... 20 minutes cost $179 dollars... That's right they screwed us... I'm glad I called around on getting our truck fixed or we would have been out almost 2,000 more dollars... Stay away from these guys... more
