Turbo Tire

I can point you towards the BAD Mechanics, and other businesses in Dalton with ease, but Turbo Tire is NOT one of them. I have developed a trust towards this family-owned business over the past 16 years of living in this area. Put it this way - They replaced the front brake pads on my Ranger recently. I have yet to replace the rear brakes; when I asked them how they looked - ""they are still looking good, we can get them later on for you."" I asked if they remembered the lifetime warranty - ""we did say that didn't we""? Brakes, rotors sturned, tires rotated, for 60 bucks. I'm not real sure what these dissatisfied people on here are talking about - I am about to buy my 5th set of tires from them, if you count the tires on my wifes jeep. These are not bad people, and as a gearhead from way back, I have yet to find a job they have messed up. more

I had a great experience at Turbo Tire. I took my Jeep there to have them check the alignment after I had been four wheeling on the ice in mid-January. They showed me where I had bent my tie rod in the front. The alignment specialist bent the tie rod back as close as he could and aligned the front end until I could find the part. The sweetest part is that they only charged me $49.95 for my alignment! When I put my 33's on the Jeep, I had it aligned in Ringgold and they ripped me off for $100 for less work(they didn't have to manually bend back any parts before aligning the Jeep). Anyway, I couldn't disagree more with the posted review below that says they are unprofessional. I think the reviewer may be a little paranoid and trying to blame problems unrelated to his visit at the tire store on them. I had a wonderful experience here from the ladies in the fron who were all very nice AND professional to the alignment specialist who was as personable and professional as I have ever had. more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Each time I had a service done here, something messed up on my car. Seriously! I had a/c service there and when I picked up my car the steering wheel went all the way to the right. They did the alignment at no charge, however it stull pulled. The horn didn't work anymore and the air bag light was on. They told they couldn't fix that and I would have to go to dealership. But it was their fault! It's the only reason that part of the horn/air bag/steering wheel can get messed up! So donot take your car here, unless you want to spend more $$ fixing problems they caused!! more

Do not take your vehicle here! The do not know what they are doing. The mechanics are a bunch of grease monkeys. They will mess something up on your car and not tell you!! Then they will half-ass fix it or charge you for their mistake! Or tell you that only your dealer can do it! Which is not true. I give this business 2 thumbs up because a while back we took a vehicle some where else and they charged us about $400., and they didn't do what they were supposed to do. The man that put the car on the machine and checked it out explained everything to us about what he was doing. The other place I won't name(sears) didn't do their job. So be sure to check this place out.p.s. don't go too sears. more
