I had a great experience at Turbo Tire. I took my Jeep there to have them check the alignment after I had been four wheeling on the ice in mid-January. They showed me where I had bent my tie rod in the front. The alignment specialist bent the tie rod back as close as he could and aligned the front end until I could find the part. The sweetest part is that they only charged me $49.95 for my alignment! When I put my 33's on the Jeep, I had it aligned in Ringgold and they ripped me off for $100 for less work(they didn't have to manually bend back any parts before aligning the Jeep). Anyway, I couldn't disagree more with the posted review below that says they are unprofessional. I think the reviewer may be a little paranoid and trying to blame problems unrelated to his visit at the tire store on them. I had a wonderful experience here from the ladies in the fron who were all very nice AND professional to the alignment specialist who was as personable and professional as I have ever had.
