New to vegas. We were referred to Doctor Willardsen by our previous dentist in So Cal. After our first visit we have definitely found our dentist!!! WAs beyond impressed with doctor Willardsens friendliness, knowledge, and thoroughness. Same with the rest of the staff. Plus, office was super clean and equipment state-of-the-art. That stuff is super important to my wife.-- I try to write reviews for professionals that I feel go above and beyond and Dr Joe does that and then some...can't say enough! more

I was referred to Dr. Joe by a friend who has been going to him for years. I was a little skeptical at first because of my dislike for dental offices but as soon as I walked into the True Dentistry waiting room I felt at ease. The ladies at the front desk greeted me promptly and made sure that Dr. Joe knew I was there for my appointment. Everything went smoothly and Dr. Joe made me feel very comfortable. He answered all my questions and came up with a proper solution for my oral issues. I would definitely recommend Dr. Joe to any of my friends! more

My husband and I moved to LV 2yrs ago... Due to an accident and unproper care of my teeth... at 40 yrs old my teeth needed some major repair and dental work. Let's just say that I was ashamed of my smile. I stumbled upon one of True Dentistry commercials while watching TV late one night, and after watching it called and scheduled an appt the next day. Gaylene was so pleasant over the phone. From the moment I walked in for my 1st initial appt I was greeted with the warmest smile and welcome from Gaylene & Karen. I then meet with Dr. Willardsen to discuss my teeth (the type of cosmetic work I desired and the overall health of my teeth). He was so professional, humble, and passionate about my teeth and making me happy with my smile again. I left the office from my 1st visit in total amazement..I had never experienced a dental office like that in my life. Something inside told me I had chosen the right dental office in Las Vegas. It has now been a year and 2 months later. I've had some extensive dental work done and still need some more minor work done. But I must say that I love my smile "" my veneers are beautiful"" I can't stop smiling and people tell me daily how beautiful and natural my teeth look. The process has been/ was amazing and Dr. Willardsen, Karen, and staff gave me the best X-Mas present ever. I truly can not Thank all of them enough. Dr. Willardsen was able to figure out my bite problems when no other dentist even came close. My smile is great, my bite is perfect and my pain is gone. I really like how much time Dr. Willardsen spent explaining things to me. The office is super clean and state of the art. To say this office is amazing is an understatement... I have been to 8 dentist offices and this one is by far the best! When no one else could help me, Dr. Willardsen knew right away the solution to my problem. Things were not in my favor when it used to come about my teeth and overall mouth impression. I was in search for a right cosmetic dentist since couple of years. When I was watching television for the Miss Las Vegas contest, I came to know that Dr. Joe Willard is the cosmetic dentist for the Miss Las Vegas. I found his address and visited him with all my questions and curiosity for the betterment of my smile. He was generous and helpful. His office interior and the facilities were impressive. The staff was friendly and very professional and Dr. Wllardsen spent a lot of time with me explaining several dental procedures and options I would have. No other dentist has done this before! I've been seeing Dr. Willardsen for almost 10 years; I haven't changed dentists once because of how great he and his staff are. My front teeth were growing crooked, I thought for sure I would need braces. Dr. Willardsen saw past the braces and suggested pulling a few teeth in the back. I was in contact with an oral surgeon within days, and had my teeth pulled the next week. My teeth straightened out naturally after the surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the smile that Dr. Willardsen gave me! I recommend this office to anyone and everyone! more

From the minute I walked into the office, I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I was amazed by the comfortable, soft atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. Dr. Joe Willardsen was incredibly knowledgeable. Apparently, he is a teacher to other dentists from all over. What really won me over was the sincere way he listened to me. He put my concerns at easy and I was so excited to get my treatment started. That was three month ago. I have finished my treatment and I can say I wish I would have met this wonderful office years ago. I LOVE MY SMILE!!! I send anyone who asks me about my smile. I would recommend anyone to this office and feel confident that they would receive the very best service around. more

My first call, and visit was great! I thought every thing would be taken cared of. I was referred to an Ortho and both Dr. Willardson and the Ortho was to talk and work together on my case. Dr. W. said he will call the Ortho and find out what he thinks. So...I met with the Ortho and was told by him that he would call Dr. Willardson and go from there. They both said they would contact each other and work together. I was SURPRISED at my cleaning appointment that nothing was done! I didn't even get to talk to Dr. W. He looked at my copy of what the Ortho gave me and sent me to an oral surgeon to pull out 3 teeth. WHAT! He didn't even pull my file to see what he was dealing with. Later that evening, I emailed his office and explained that the Ortho told me that he could work without extracting any teeth if Dr. W would be ok with taking out a bridge I had and use that space instead. So...after hearing about this through the email. Dr. W said that I did not need any teeth pulled. WHAT!! He just sent me to an oral surgeon and then takes that back. So, I finally get an appointment with Dr. W that took 3 weeks of email requests. We get to talk and he says no teeth needed to be extracted and he was going to call the Ortho and call me back in one week to move forward with my case. I HAVE NOT heard from him or his office and this was 2 months ago. I got nothing from his office, but stress and a run around. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not to mention they offer certain people water in the waiting room, NOT everybody. more

My first impression of this office was on the phone. I spoke to Gaylene, and all I can say is AWESOME. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable!! I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by Gaylene, and she was an absolute gem!! Dr. Joe gave me great care!! I felt so at home in that office. I have lived in Las Vegas for 15 years and, believe me; it is hard to find a good dentist that really tends to the things that are important to the patient. What I really liked about Dr. Joe and his staff is that I did not feel like I was just another paying patient but that they really valued the health of my mouth. From hygiene, general dentistry to specialty work I really received the best possible dental work for myself and my family. This is probably why several patients travel from other states to have work done by Dr. Joe and True Dentistry. Had a great experience. I am so glad that I found Dr. Willardsen and True Dentistry. Appointments were very easy and the reults are just what I was looking for. Dr. Willardsen was very easy to work with and the staff was great. I had been wanting to fix my mouth for a long time and finely felt comfortable with the him and his office. I highly suggest seeing Dr. Joe at True Dentistry. We had worked togehter ALOT! to get the smile that I wanted He was very patient with me. I have always been afraid of the dentist but not anymore. I had big buck teeth since I was little. Dr. Joe fixed my smile so now I can go on more dates! LOL. I just wish he could do nose jobs too! I can't wait to show my new smile on my myspace page. But seriously he really did do a great Job. I would suggest anyone considering a new smile talk to Dr. Joe willardsen. Dr. Willardsen is such a professional dentist and so willing to work with what I wanted and helped me to stay within my budget. I was so excited with the final results - it was everything I always dreamed of - Now I am always smiling with confidence.
