My first call, and visit was great! I thought every thing would be taken cared of. I was referred to an Ortho and both Dr. Willardson and the Ortho was to talk and work together on my case. Dr. W. said he will call the Ortho and find out what he thinks. So...I met with the Ortho and was told by him that he would call Dr. Willardson and go from there. They both said they would contact each other and work together. I was SURPRISED at my cleaning appointment that nothing was done! I didn't even get to talk to Dr. W. He looked at my copy of what the Ortho gave me and sent me to an oral surgeon to pull out 3 teeth. WHAT! He didn't even pull my file to see what he was dealing with. Later that evening, I emailed his office and explained that the Ortho told me that he could work without extracting any teeth if Dr. W would be ok with taking out a bridge I had and use that space instead. So...after hearing about this through the email. Dr. W said that I did not need any teeth pulled. WHAT!! He just sent me to an oral surgeon and then takes that back. So, I finally get an appointment with Dr. W that took 3 weeks of email requests. We get to talk and he says no teeth needed to be extracted and he was going to call the Ortho and call me back in one week to move forward with my case. I HAVE NOT heard from him or his office and this was 2 months ago. I got nothing from his office, but stress and a run around. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Not to mention they offer certain people water in the waiting room, NOT everybody.
