Just read down to our previously posted Response..The sad part of this story is that these dogs are Really good.. We cant figure out why the owner doesnt keep them brushed out, as an Australian Shepherd should be. Suppossedly she's a groomer herself, so why did she Request they be shaved to the skin, instead of keeping them brushed? We can please 100s of Customers, but not her....We wish her well on her quest to find the perfect groomer. This was the worst grooming job my dogs have ever had!! Trudy lacks in people skills as well! If you love your pets do not have them groomed at trudys! more

Yes it's true.. Mom works there.. which means we get to go along. Kolby accompanies Mom to The Pooch Parlor everyday.. and Riley visits from time to time. Trudy and Lorrie (Mom) really DO love their clients and their pets. They put the pet's Comfort first.. sometimes that means a shave down of a matted pet..but you can tell how good those pets feel when all those mats come off ! Trudy and Mom are always trying to educate the pet's owners,, whether it be the importance of proper nutrition.. showing the owners how to brush, so the pet doesnt get matted in the first place.. publicizing local low-cost vaccination clinics.. helping owners locate new puppies.. The girls never Really stop working. Pros: Your Pet Gets Treated as Our Own ! Cons: Parking.,But just call & a Groomer will meet you at your car more

All this from a woman who claims to be a dog groomer herself, but yet she brings us 2 dogs that havent been brushed in months. Pros: Hundreds of Satisfied Return Customers Can't be Wrong more

I am very upset with the ""service"" given to my dogs here. I brought my very well trained dogs into Trudy's for a basic trim and nail clip. What I got was a bloody dog and attitude from the owners. I asked why they cut my dog's nails 1/4 inch below the quick . So bad is the cut that the nail will not stop bleeding and oozing. Not only did Trudy forgo an apology but she had the audacity to deny that they had clipped the nail! They said that they had cut every nail but that one and that he must have injured the nail while walking on the sidewalk. Come On! It was an obvious lie which will require me to now bring the dog to the vet. When I examined my dog's belly, I also found multiple razor burns which are very sore as well. These are obvious red flags pointing to someone who is an extremely haphazard groomer. Accidents happen although these types of accidents are usually reserved for novice groomers at best. But hey, we are all human. Instead of an apology, I had this very unprofessional ""lady? yell at me. I find this ironic considering from looking at her she could use a good ""grooming"" herself! If you love your pet, please do NOT patronize this groomer! She does not seem to be a dog lover or a people lover for that matter!! Pros: Location Cons: Hurts Dogs more
