Review content:
I am very upset with the ""service"" given to my dogs here. I brought my very well trained dogs into Trudy's for a basic trim and nail clip. What I got was a bloody dog and attitude from the owners. I asked why they cut my dog's nails 1/4 inch below the quick . So bad is the cut that the nail will not stop bleeding and oozing. Not only did Trudy forgo an apology but she had the audacity to deny that they had clipped the nail! They said that they had cut every nail but that one and that he must have injured the nail while walking on the sidewalk. Come On! It was an obvious lie which will require me to now bring the dog to the vet. When I examined my dog's belly, I also found multiple razor burns which are very sore as well. These are obvious red flags pointing to someone who is an extremely haphazard groomer. Accidents happen although these types of accidents are usually reserved for novice groomers at best. But hey, we are all human. Instead of an apology, I had this very unprofessional ""lady? yell at me. I find this ironic considering from looking at her she could use a good ""grooming"" herself!
If you love your pet, please do NOT patronize this groomer! She does not seem to be a dog lover or a people lover for that matter!!
