Wonderful! I came with a few of my bridesmaids so they could purchase their dresses. In the meantime I went to check if my wedding dress had arrived and sure enough..it did!! The best part was that I was able to try it on and I fell in love with the dress all over again as if it was the first time I tried it on. I was also able to find my veil and tiara. The lady who helped me was wonderful but I'm ashamed to say, I forgot her name. The service was wonderful and Stephanie in the bridesmaid department has also been a joy to work with. She as well as Connie and Marika and the nice lady who helped me with my dress last Sunday are very helpful and kind. Thank you again. more

Found what i wanted! 2/1/2010

I went to Trudies after several other bridal stores, including 1 salon, 1 outlet and David's Bridal so i knew what I wanted. Trudies brides showed me those types and found one in my price range. Everyone was very helpful. - Liza more

Magical Experience 1/26/2010

I came to Trudys after a horrible experience at another wedding store. My bridesmaid took me in and everyone welcomed us with giant smiles and hugs. The staff went above and beyond from the second we walked in making me feel welcome and even squeezed me in w/o an appt. Nicole took us to a room and sat down and really listened to what I wanted and brought back a few dresses. As soon as I tried on "the dress" she was all tears my friend was all tears and I finally understood why girls loved planning weddings :) Every time I came back to Trudys (fittings, bridesmaids dresses, etc) Trudy and her staff have been magical! My dress was absolutely perfect for me and was the topic of the reception. They also sat and listened to our wedding description and then helped my BM's find the perfect dress! Thank you!!! Very good. Cathy was patient, understanding and super helpful. I thought I wanted a certain style of dress and she listened to me, but when I couldn't find anything I like she suggested to me a different type of dress and I loved it. It ended up being the one I wanted- Elvish more

It was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in on the first day, I was greeted with caring, highly knowledgeable professionals. Marika is an amazing person, and even helped me with dress fittings when I didn't have an appointment. Trudy herself is also very congenial when I met her. I was recommeded to Trudy's by several people. My initial experience was great and I found my wedding dress! We took my measurements and left very pleased. Upon arrival of my dress, the measurements were accurate however I needed one size larger. After trying on the dress, the decision was made that I needed the next size up. I was nervous how that would impact our cost and what the circumstances would be. As it turns out, Trudy's ordered the new dress and kept our original price. We did not have to pay for the first dress. I was very satisfied, and would recommend to all brides to order their dress early in case a similar situation happens. Now I know why Trudy's came with high recommendations. Thanks!!! more

I am ecstatic with the dress and the consultant that helped me as I tried it on and ordered it. However, on the return visit to pick it up, it was more of a "sale is done" kind of feeling. No helpful suggestions about corsets or jewelry or other accessories. I ultimately bought a corset at David's Bridal. more

I was a walk in, I didn't expect to be seen that day, but I inquired about making an appointment. I was then told to stick around for a few minutes, maybe there would be a cancellation. I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was paged that an associated could help me. I had the best experience, but for the life of me I can not remember my sales lady's name. She was wonderful. I tried on dresses at David's twice, and did not get the level of service I got at Trudys. Thank you soo much!!!! more

Excellent service, I just didn't find the perfect dress. If I had, I definitely would have bought it from Trudy's. I would recommend Trudy's to any brides & others looking for special occasion dresses. more
