I came to Trudys after a horrible experience at another wedding store. My bridesmaid took me in and everyone welcomed us with giant smiles and hugs. The staff went above and beyond from the second we walked in making me feel welcome and even squeezed me in w/o an appt. Nicole took us to a room and sat down and really listened to what I wanted and brought back a few dresses. As soon as I tried on "the dress" she was all tears my friend was all tears and I finally understood why girls loved planning weddings :) Every time I came back to Trudys (fittings, bridesmaids dresses, etc) Trudy and her staff have been magical! My dress was absolutely perfect for me and was the topic of the reception. They also sat and listened to our wedding description and then helped my BM's find the perfect dress! Thank you!!!
