I purchased a vehicle form truck town about a year and a half ago. I went to trade it in today and they came back with a report telling me that the vehicle had frame damage. When I purchased the vehicle from truck town they showed me a carfax report stating that the vehicle was in good condition, never was anything disclosed about frame damage. I was in a rush to get the vehicle and that is probably why they swindled me. Make sure you get your own independent inspection and appraisal before purchasing a vehicle form them. more

Wonderful Service 3/12/2011

When going to Truck Town, we were not going to buy a new (used) car. Once dealing with the salesperson and the whole staff we ended up with a new (used) car, the best part it was under the Kelly Blue Book price. They were very helpful and went out of the way to get us into the car that we wanted. Wonderful prices, staff and get gerat choices on cars and/or trucks. more

AMAZING Experience 10/20/2010

AMAZING car buying experience. Went to see them on a car that I saw online. Unfortunately it sold right before I drove into the dealership. Here's the best part, the next day I got a call from the sales person telling me the manager found the same car that I wated to buy the day before. It had less miles and more equippment and they sold it to me for the same price as the one I just missed. I am still shocked and amazed on the great customer service. How did they know that I REALLY HATE CAR SHOPPING??? They did the hard work and saved me from talking to a bunch of sharks at other dealers. more

Great Business! 10/20/2010

I and my family have bought multiple vehicles (5 so far) from these guys. They have taken care of us better than ANY dealership has done so in the past. They are easy going, honest, and they go the EXTRA MILE after the sale. I recommend this place to everyone I know. more

Leo the idiot reviewer... 7/28/2008

Leo must be an idiot. Any store that you go to with only one unique item for sale, unless you purchase it on the spot, you run the risk of someone else buying the item. It is not the business's fault. The fault is yours. Leo please do not procreate. The world does not need any more brain dead people living, breathing, and taking up space. Treated Like a Second Rate Customer 4/12/2008

The business could have made my experience better by having better customer service. The car sales representative selling the car was curteous, but it was his SALES MANAGER who was rude. I expressed a desire to buy the car. I got a loan through my own financial institution. I set up an appointment for the sale because I was approved for my loan. The day of the appointment, I called and stated that I was on my way. The sales representative, some how failed to mention to me that the car had already been sold a few hours earlier before my appointment. Talk about feeling like a second rate customer thanks a bunch Truck Town. -Leo more
