Review content:
The business could have made my experience better by having better customer service. The car sales representative selling the car was curteous, but it was his SALES MANAGER who was rude. I expressed a desire to buy the car. I got a loan through my own financial institution. I set up an appointment for the sale because I was approved for my loan. The day of the appointment, I called and stated that I was on my way. The sales representative, some how failed to mention to me that the car had already been sold a few hours earlier before my appointment. Talk about feeling like a second rate customer thanks a bunch Truck Town. -Leo
