My lawn looks great. I get nothing but compliments from visiting friends, family and a few neighbors. I have only spoken to 1 specialist and that was my most recent visit. He was very friendly and we spoke about what he was actually applying and how it would help my lawn. more

We had an exceptional season for growing grass, but my lawn was so riddled with weeds I was not sure if it could be helped. I was offered a great price. I would have spent more buying and treating myself. I had a very patient tech, Tim, that took time to explain processes and how I could get the most out of the service. I had one glich in service, but I spoke with a rep who took care of it with a caring attitude. I did not expect that. The people I encountered throughout this experience are the reason I will continue the service. I will recommend TruGreen to neighbors, friends and family without worry. I tire of people just barely doing their job. But every employee I encountered at TruGreen was superior in customer service and performance. more

We were out of town when the last 2 applications were applied, however, we have been very satisfied with all of the previous applications and with the men who applied the treatments, and especially with Ted Chandler. He has explained everything that he is doing and has made suggestions as to what we could do to improve the looks of our yard. Keep up the good work! more

We are completely satisfied. our Tru-Green lawn care for less than a year has given us a thick green lawn. We do have bare spots in the backyard but know that gradually the grass will spread. The service representative has always been pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. Again, we are satisfied! more

And since it looked great LAST year, that's TREMENDOUS! opur Specialist's name is Brad, and he makes sure there are no bad spots or issues whenever he comes by to service the lawn. I recently went golfing with a neighbor, and he introduce me to his friends as my neighbor that has the lawn that looks and feels like green carpet That's how nice it looks and feels. more
