We had an exceptional season for growing grass, but my lawn was so riddled with weeds I was not sure if it could be helped. I was offered a great price. I would have spent more buying and treating myself. I had a very patient tech, Tim, that took time to explain processes and how I could get the most out of the service. I had one glich in service, but I spoke with a rep who took care of it with a caring attitude. I did not expect that. The people I encountered throughout this experience are the reason I will continue the service. I will recommend TruGreen to neighbors, friends and family without worry. I tire of people just barely doing their job. But every employee I encountered at TruGreen was superior in customer service and performance.
