I have Tru-Comfort Inc. do an annual check for my house and I have been a customer for over 20 years. Recently a technician broke something and the company followed through to fix it. They sent another technician out and replaced it for nothing. Sometimes they send technicians out who don't know what they are doing. But when they are good, they are good.
