Trio Salon Spa

I have been going to Trio for seven months now and I couldnt be happier. Everyone working there is so sweet and I have never had a problem making an appointment even when it was at the last minute. Its not hard to find at all and there is lots of room to park which is very convenient. The prices are extremely reasonable. Thanks to Melissa, my hair has never looked better. more

I have always had good experiences, whether it's be a facial with Melanie, a brow wax with Pam, nails or hair service, I have plenty of reasons to return. And so should you! more

From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Sarah (the Extremely friendly and Helpful receptionist) it is very obvious you are in great hands. I have had the pleasure of having Patrice work Miracles on my hair since Trio opened and I can honestly say I have never been happier than I am when I leave that salon. The stylist there truely know hair inside and out and will not only give you a service above and beyond your expectations but they will also educate you on any questions you may have without making you feel judged, everyone is so friendly that I am always very comfortable. Very beautiful salon, great staff, amazing service, I am a client for life! more

Please don't go here! I purchased a groupon for Glow Aesthetics within this Salon for a Facial Detox. I used my GPS to find the salon and it took me to a different location. So, I used the GPS on my smart phone and that took me to an incorrect location as well. I called the salon and left a voice-mail saying that I was running late because I couldn't find the salon. I asked for directions and also mentioned that if there was someone scheduled after me, I'd like to re-schedule so that I could enjoy the whole appointment. About 5 minutes later my call was returned and I was given directions and encouraged to come in for my apt. I arrived and was rushed into the room to start my facial. I had no idea what was involved in the Detox as the aesthetician to too busy scolding me for being late to tell me what she was doing. By the end she asked me what skin care products I use, which she immediately bashed, followed by some quick high-pressured sales pitch for her own products. I found it to be extremely unprofessional. And did I mention my facial was not even 20 minutes? The entire experience was horrible. Maybe I was being treated second-class because I was a groupon holder and I realize most businesses lose money on these, but come on! I will never ever go back and hope anyone reading this spends their money at one of the other hundreds of salons out there. This one is not worth it. more

Jennifer truly is an artist, She really takes the time to listen to what you want and she pays close attention to detail. I had an A-line haircut done and she did a beautiful job. My hair gets heavy in the back and has some natural curl so if its not cut right it looks like a christmas tree. Jennifer made my hair so I could wear it curly or straight. I Love it! I have also had Jennifer style my hair for special occasions, she can so anything! She has done beautiful bouncy curls for me and really awsome styles inspired from the 50's. She is always friendly and happy to see me, and very easy and fun to chat with. Everytime I see Jennfer she is always excited about a new trend or product and she is always eager to share her knowlage! more
