Please don't go here! I purchased a groupon for Glow Aesthetics within this Salon for a Facial Detox. I used my GPS to find the salon and it took me to a different location. So, I used the GPS on my smart phone and that took me to an incorrect location as well. I called the salon and left a voice-mail saying that I was running late because I couldn't find the salon. I asked for directions and also mentioned that if there was someone scheduled after me, I'd like to re-schedule so that I could enjoy the whole appointment. About 5 minutes later my call was returned and I was given directions and encouraged to come in for my apt.
I arrived and was rushed into the room to start my facial. I had no idea what was involved in the Detox as the aesthetician to too busy scolding me for being late to tell me what she was doing. By the end she asked me what skin care products I use, which she immediately bashed, followed by some quick high-pressured sales pitch for her own products. I found it to be extremely unprofessional. And did I mention my facial was not even 20 minutes? The entire experience was horrible.
Maybe I was being treated second-class because I was a groupon holder and I realize most businesses lose money on these, but come on! I will never ever go back and hope anyone reading this spends their money at one of the other hundreds of salons out there. This one is not worth it.
