Trinity Pharmacy

Been coming here for close to 10 years and always get good service. If I ever have a problem, the staff is always quick to help however possible. Shame on these other reviews for stating that ""they do not honor insurance."" If these people understood how insurance works, they would see that the pharmacy is not to blame... its their insurance. They dictate how much they will pay based on which pharmacy you go to and many times behind the scenes, the pharmacy spends hours on the phone with your insurance fighting them for you. I know because I had this issue come up before with my sons asthma prescription. The insurance required a special request from my doctor to force them to pay for it, in the end, they refused to pay and it left me to pay ~ $75 for the prescription out of my pocket. I went to trinity and with my doctors help, got the same medication for $49.50. Yes, it was more than my normal copay of $ 0, but in the end, the pharmacy bent over backwards to help my when I needed them. Thats why I the will always be my pharmacy. They go out of their way to help every single patient and although they do not throw it in your face, they handle the tough stuff so that I do not have to. Thank you Trinity! more

I have not seen Dan in a while, but the new pharmacist is great. He is compounding my prescription now and every time I have a question, he is on the phone with me. We have three generations in our family that has been coming to Trinity and we will continue to come to this great pharmacy! more

They tried to charge me $49.50 for a prescription that I normally get at no charge at Walgreens (who was out-of-stock last night). I told the people at Trinity that I exceeded my out-of-pocket maximum and, for the remainder of the year, I have no out-of-pocket costs for prescriptions. They still would not fill the prescription unless I paid $49.50, which is ungodly high for this medication. This practice is against the law (if a pharmacy accepts an insurance plan, they must honor their prices). more

These guys really seemed to care and do what they could for me. The fact that they're a compounding pharmacy and near my home are bonuses...the former is something I wouldn't have cared about until I needed it. They're open 8 to 8, do home deliveries and actually spend time to talk with you about your prescriptions. more

This is not a professional group of people. more
