Been coming here for close to 10 years and always get good service. If I ever have a problem, the staff is always quick to help however possible. Shame on these other reviews for stating that ""they do not honor insurance."" If these people understood how insurance works, they would see that the pharmacy is not to blame... its their insurance. They dictate how much they will pay based on which pharmacy you go to and many times behind the scenes, the pharmacy spends hours on the phone with your insurance fighting them for you. I know because I had this issue come up before with my sons asthma prescription. The insurance required a special request from my doctor to force them to pay for it, in the end, they refused to pay and it left me to pay ~ $75 for the prescription out of my pocket. I went to trinity and with my doctors help, got the same medication for $49.50. Yes, it was more than my normal copay of $ 0, but in the end, the pharmacy bent over backwards to help my when I needed them. Thats why I the will always be my pharmacy. They go out of their way to help every single patient and although they do not throw it in your face, they handle the tough stuff so that I do not have to. Thank you Trinity!
