Would never recommend their basement systems to anyone.\r
Job was not done properly. Garbage was left ibehind. Promised to come back and fix the problems. Never did and ignored my phone calls and masseges. \r
Secretary keeps telling that material was ordered and did not arrive yet. I was told by their advertising personnel, that it takes couple days to get the material from supplier, but at this point it takes them more then 4 weeks? Who cares, they got the money! Wall panels are not joint properly, painting was not done properly (only some parts are painted), carpenter?s job-disaster, only the carpet was installed with no complaints. \r
Can?t find words for this kind of service. A lot of lies. All workers were independent contractors; their booklet said they are employees. ? The owner was pushing to get the check, and promised to fix the problems, but received the money , and? gone with the wind?. I offered him to come and see the job, but he was talking only about the check, and was not interested to see what his companies ?name look like?. 400 sq feet basement for $25,000 was promised to be finished in 4 days, but I guess it really take much longer than 2 month. In the letter from the president of Tri State Home improvement, says:? We are so confident of our service and product, that we offer ?Reverse Guarantee?. This guarantee places all of the risk on us, not on you (the customer) as other companies do. We are so confident that ?we can satisfy you that we guarantee satisfaction or we will refund your money?. As I can see, lots of promises, but just promises. :(\r
