We recently had all new windows installed by Tri-State. After doing research I found the products they offer are second to none. The sales staff is VERY informative and the installers were super professional. When an unexpected problem was found, they didn't ask for more money. They just took care of it. When the job was done, we had NOTHING to take care of. They rolled out a carpet to my door so nothing was tracked in, vacuumed my floors before leaving, and hauled away every piece of garbage. We couldn't be happier, especially after all the horror stories we have heard of with other home improvement companies. It's very comforting having a contractor take as much pride in your home as you do. It's obvious to me, that this type of work ethic starts from the president and works its way down the chain. We plan on siding next year and there's no question who will do the work. Highly recommended!
